My workout routine that slims my waist like no other

I get asked so much about my workouts. I’m not going to lie, I love a good sweat. I love sweating my ass off to be perfectly honest. One of the things I love doing is my favorite workouts by Melissa Wood Health, Brooke Burke Body, and love a good workout by Tracey Anderson. Her cardio workouts are the bomb. I love walking , and I try to get my walking in when the weather permits!

I love a good waist trainer. I’m not going to lie. I wear it when I’m in the sauna, working out and if I’m home, I’ll wear it when I’m doing things randomly around the house. When I tell you this works, I’m not kidding. I’ll have my waist trainer linked in my shop app if your interested.

I love a good crop top

One of the best things you can do for your abs a not only getting some good ab moves in , but to really take your diet to a good , healthy level. Wholesome , plant based foods are so dense and really make you feel fuller and are so healthy for you. I love incorporating planks, sit-ups and core work every single day. I try to do cardio atleast 2-3 days a week, but I find that when I do too much cardio, it tires me out. I love a good hiit on those days to help burn extra calories. I truly believe the saying that abs are made in the kitchen. I love eating healthy, and I truly believe what you put in your body shows on the outside of your body.

I love incorporating a good juice to break my fast sometimes, or I’ll break it with a good , healthy salad. I love making salads because they are so filling so I throw just about everything healthy on them. I stay clear of bad dressings and opt for a healthy olive oil and lemon juice. It’s so good. Dressings can get so fattening. Well I believe if you really get your diet in check and make out a good ab workout , whether it’s through an app, you tube or what not, you will be on your way of getting the abs you desire!
