Hey Everyone!
I’m so glad you are back. I want to share one of my most favorite recipes that is quite simple, yet delicious. I usually have this to break my intermittent fasting or have it for a light afternoon snack. It is also packed with many antioxidants and vitamins. You are more than welcome to use your favorite fruit in this. No matter what, I’m sure you will love it. To me, it taste more like a dessert than anything.

- 1.5 cups of organic coconut yogurt
- a dash of flaxseed
- A handful of almonds
- A handful of walnuts
- A tiny bit of cacao nibs
- 4 slices of cantaloupe ( I also use berries sometimes. I use a variety of blueberries and blackberries.
- A tiny bit of the Sakara granola. ( low in sugar and delicious
Grab a bowl, and place your yogurt in there. Top with the nuts and flaxseed. Add in you cacao nibs. Then add your fruit, and then the granola.
This is honestly a family favorite, and so so healthy.
xoxo
