My Healthy and Delicious Kiwi Smoothie

Happy Sunday!

This is one of my favorite Smoothies that is delicious and super uber healthy. It’s a great way to end a fast or start your morning. It is loaded with tons of antioxidants that are great for your health and skin. Kiwi is a great ingredient that is loaded up with rich vitamins to give your health a boost.

I use all organic ingredients in my smoothie. You can pick your favorite milk. I choose to use a dairy alternative such as almond milk or oat milk. Coconut milk is also a great favorite.

The Best Smoothie

-1.5 cups of almond milk

-1 organic kiwi ( sliced)

-1 organic banana

-1 handful of spinach

-a spoonful of chia seeds

-a spoonful of hemp seeds

-a spoonful of flax seeds

Mix everything up in a blender. You can add a bit of ice to this if you choose. You can add a rosemary sprig to add a bit of flair if you choose. I love this . Enjoy!

      I think a juice cleanse ( 3 day is good. Try out Dr. Kelly cleanses. They are pretty good. They really give your body the vitamins it needs while cleansing, Let me know if you have any other questions.
