Hi Loves! I have another amazing healthy recipe for you to keep. I know many of you have sent me messages asking me to share more of my delicious recipes, well here is one. I love this because it is loaded up with tons of fiber, and added antioxidants. I do add a multi amount of seeds to this to give it lots of flavor and added health benefits.
It’s best that you DO NOT use instant oatmeal with this recipe. Those “instant” packaged goods are full of sugar and added additives. You know that anything added is NOT good for our health. I keep pretty much everything clean in my kitchen. I use the organic steel cut oats. They have so much fiber, and are super healthy. I buy them plain. There are many brands that sell organic plain oats. Make sure your not buying oats that have anything added.

Ingredients
- 1-2 cups of organic steel oats
- 1 tsp of chia seed
- 1 tsp of hemp seed
- 1 tsp of flaxseed
- 1/2 organic banana peeled
- 1/3 cup all natural ( no sugar) granola. I love using the sakara granola
- 1 tsp of all natural cashew butter
- 1 tbsp all natural organic maple syrup
Get a small pan with a 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Place the oats into the pan, and make sure you cook throughly and stir. They will start sticking to the pan if not. Place the syrup in the pan and stir. Remove the oats from the pan and place in a bowl. Slice your banana and place the banana slices in the bowl. Put the seeds in the bowl and mix. You can then top with your granola and place your cashew butter in there. This bowl is so delicious . You can also add any other berries you would like. The more the healthier right? Hope you all love!
