Hey Babes!
If you know me, you know how much I love Chickpeas. I love them roasted and love them raw. Either way you like them, they can be added to this salad just the way you like them. This is a great salad to have for yourself, or you can add it to your dinner as a side salad. Chickpeas are a great legume loaded with folate and manganese. It is a perfect addition to your daily diet. I use all organic ingredients to this salad, but that is my personal preference.

- 2 cups organic spinach
- 1 cup roasted chickpeas or raw chickpeas
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 tomato sliced or chopped
- 1 spoonful chia seeds
- 1 spoonful hemp seeds
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- olive oil and vinegar dressing or you can use sugar free balsamic
You can add some sliced red peppers to this salad, and I also add a bit of lime juice to give it more ting.. You can load this salad up with many vegetables. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
