I’ve always been known to my family and friends a “health nut”. I love being healthy and eating healthy because it makes me feel my ultimate best. It makes me a better wife, mother, friend and best of all it makes me better as a whole. I love sharing my favorite recipes, self care practices, and my yummy smoothies and juices. I love meditation and it has really helped me become a more wholesome person all around.
